Privacy Notice
Last updated — 3 June 2026
This Notice explains how playomni.org ("we", the "Terminal") handles information when you visit or subscribe. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run an editorial board of free-to-play games.
1. What we collect
- What you provide. When you use the boarding form we collect the name, phone and email you enter, plus the fact you gave consent.
- Push data. If you allow notifications, our push provider stores a browser push token, basic device/browser type, and the tags we attach.
- Technical data. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, pages) used for security and aggregate analytics.
2. Push notifications (OneSignal)
Browser push is delivered by OneSignal as our processor. Messages are sent only after you accept the browser permission prompt that appears when you submit the boarding form with consent ticked. You can stop them any time by blocking notifications for this site in your browser.
3. How we use it
To send the notices and push you asked for, to operate and secure the site, and to meet legal duties. We do not sell your data and share it only with the processors needed to run the service (push and hosting).
4. Cookies
We use a small amount of local storage to remember that you dismissed the cookie bar. Our push provider may set identifiers to manage your subscription. No third-party advertising cookies.
5. Retention
Subscription data is kept while you stay subscribed and removed within 30 days of an unsubscribe or deletion request, unless the law requires otherwise.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. EEA/UK readers: see GDPR & data rights. To exercise any right, email us.
